Your Account

A customer account is required to check out on Zyplay. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Products, Pricing & Availability

We aim to describe and price products accurately, but errors can happen. Prices, product availability, and preorder capacity may change without notice, and product listings may be updated at any time. If a significant error affects an order you've placed, we'll contact you before proceeding.

Raw cards are listed individually with their own condition details on each product listing — condition descriptions vary by card and should be checked on the specific listing rather than assumed.

Orders, Payment & Reservation

Placing an order reserves the items in your cart and the delivery/shipping fee shown at checkout for a limited time while you complete payment. Reservations that are not paid within the payment window may expire and be released; expiry is enforced by an automated process that periodically checks for overdue reservations rather than acting at the exact instant the window closes.

Submitting payment proof is not the same as payment being verified. After you submit proof of payment, Zyplay reviews it before your order is treated as paid. If we're unable to verify a submitted payment, we'll follow up with you regarding your order.

The amount shown at checkout — including any applicable shipping fee — is the amount due at the time of ordering. Shipping and secure packaging are included in this amount; there is no separate packaging fee.

Shipping

For V1, Zyplay ships to delivery addresses within the Philippines only. Shipping fees are calculated based on the region of your delivery address. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Preorders

Preorder products reserve future inventory or production capacity ahead of a product becoming generally available. Some preorders require the full price up front, while others allow a deposit now with a remaining balance due later — the checkout page shows exactly what's due now and, where applicable, what remains for your specific order. Order Problems, Cancellations & Returns

Trading Card Products

For sealed and randomized products, the specific contents or pulls inside a pack, box, or similar item are determined by the manufacturer's own product configuration and are random. Zyplay does not guarantee specific cards, pulls, grading outcomes, or resale/investment value.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the storefront — including attempting to defraud Zyplay or other customers, interfering with the normal operation of the site, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

The Zyplay name, logo, and storefront content are the property of Zyplay or its licensors. Product names, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The storefront and its products are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zyplay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the storefront. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any right you have under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date on this page.
