Payment & Returns Policy

How paying for an order works on Zyplay, and what to do if something's wrong with an order.
Payment
Payment Method
Zyplay currently accepts payment via InstaPay transfer to a single Zyplay receiving account. GCash, Maya, and participating banks that support InstaPay can all be used to send this transfer — they aren't separate payment methods, just different ways to send the same InstaPay payment.
Amount Due
After placing an order, the checkout/payment page shows the exact amount to pay for that order. For orders that include a preorder item, this amount may be a deposit rather than the full item price — see the Preorders section below.
Submitting Payment Proof
After sending your InstaPay transfer, you submit proof of payment (such as a screenshot of the transfer) through the order's payment page. Payment-proof images are stored privately and used only to verify your payment.
Payment Verification
Submitting payment proof does not automatically mark your order as paid. Zyplay reviews each submitted proof and verifies it against the order before treating payment as confirmed. If we're unable to verify a submitted proof, we'll follow up with you about your order rather than silently cancelling it.
Payment Deadline
Each order reserves your items and shipping fee for a limited payment window after checkout. If payment isn't completed and proof submitted within that window, the reservation may expire and the order may be cancelled. Expiry is processed by an automated background check that runs periodically, rather than the instant the window closes.
Preorders
Preorder items reserve future inventory or production capacity. Depending on the specific preorder, either the full price or a deposit is due at checkout — the checkout page always shows the exact amount due now for your order, and, if a balance remains, shows that remaining amount separately. Shipping and packaging fees are included in the amount due now, even for orders that mix preorder and in-stock items.
A preorder quantity reflects demand we've accepted for that item, not necessarily units Zyplay already physically holds. Preorder items are generally sourced from our suppliers/distributors ahead of release, so availability can be affected by supplier allocation, delays, or release changes — we'll communicate any such changes that affect your order as we learn of them.
If you cancel a preorder yourself, it is generally non-refundable, since it reflects a commitment already made to secure your unit. This does not affect any right you may have under applicable Philippine law — for example, where Zyplay is unable to fulfill a preorder at all.
Order Problems & Returns
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If there's a problem — a wrong item, a damaged item, or a missing item — please report it to us within 24 hours of receiving your package where reasonably possible, through our Contact page with your order number and photos if you have them. Reporting promptly helps us look into it with the courier and resolve things quickly.
Opened trading card products and sealed products generally cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect any right you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection law regarding defective, damaged, or misdescribed items.
Where a refund is approved or required, it's typically processed within approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on your payment method and your bank's or e-wallet's processing time.
Trading Card & Sealed Product Notes
For sealed and randomized products (packs, boxes, and similar items), the specific cards or contents you receive are determined by the manufacturer's own product configuration and are random — Zyplay cannot guarantee specific pulls, cards, or grading outcomes.
